Job summary

National Fitness Partners in Ohio is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to join our team. The role includes greeting members, answering questions, processing transactions at the POS, and promoting fitness classes to enhance the member experience.

We offer shift options 2pm–10pm or 3pm–10pm, with gradual pay increases at 180 days, 1 year, and every six months after the first year, reflecting anniversary dates. Growth opportunities and a supportive team environment are emphasized.

• Provide outstanding customer service to Planet Fitness members and guests.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner using the information script.
• Greet members, sign up new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely, professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests, ensuring an exceptional Judgement Free member experience.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system
• Promote our unique fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to our active members and our new members
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.

Schedule will consist of 3 or 4 days during the week either 2pm -10pm or 3pm - 10pm
