Job summary

LakeHouse Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Care Giver/Med Tech in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin to provide hands-on care and emotional support, maintaining a safe home-like environment. You will assist with daily living activities, monitor health, and help with meals and hygiene as part of a caring team.

The role requires a CNA or equivalent, High School diploma, and a dedication to resident dignity and safety.

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse's Aid certification preferred.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• CPR and First Aid certifications preferred.
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on care and emotional support to residents.
• Observe and report changes in residents' condition to the nurse or coordinator.
• Assist with activities of daily living and promote independence.
• Keep resident areas clean and ensure safety and sanitation.
• Respond promptly to call bells and participate in life enrichment activities.
