Job summary

Acima is seeking a Part-Time Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in account management, sales, and exceptional customer service across partner locations in Osceola, IN. The role handles credit turn-downs, web orders, and leasing applications, promoting Acima benefits and driving conversions.

The position is hourly paid, with a typical schedule including evenings and weekends to meet store needs.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years of age.
High school diploma or GED.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
Familiarity with rental or leasing industry practices is a plus.
Organized, with time-management skills and the ability to multi-task.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Consistent in-person attendance.

Responsibilities

Assist Store Manager with account management and sales activities while delivering excellent customer service.
Collaborate with Acima retail partners to process credit turn down applications and web orders.
Review lease applications and promote Acima's leasing benefits to customers.
Drive conversions by converting applications from in-store and web orders.
Work with partner stores across operations and communicate store performance to the Manager.
Establish partnerships with store personnel to generate referrals and educate customers on the Lease-To-Own process.
Address customer issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction and friendly service.
