Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with rental or leasing industry practices is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive customer growth through web, partner stores, and walk-ins.
• Identify and fulfill customer needs quickly.
• Educate customers on Lease-To-Own terms and the application process.
• Close sales by converting in-store and web applications.
• Collaborate with Acima partner stores in all operations.
• Report to Store Manager on activities and performance.
• Establish partnerships with retail staff to generate referrals.
• Resolve customer issues to maintain satisfaction.
