Job summary

Acima is seeking a part-time Assistant Store Manager to support sales and credit processing in one of our partner stores in Indiana. You will help drive customer conversions, educate shoppers on Lease-To-Own terms, and work closely with the Store Manager to deliver excellent service.

You will manage customer inquiries, assist with account-related tasks, and contribute to a cooperative team environment that strengthens store performance and partner relationships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Familiarity with rental or leasing industry a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive customer growth through in-store and web channels.
• Assist store manager with account management and processing applications.
• Educate customers on Lease-To-Own terms and the application process.
• Close the sales cycle by converting applications.
• Collaborate with partner stores and report performance to the Store Manager.
