Job summary

Mulready Elementary School in Hudson, MA is seeking an ABA Therapist/Behavior Tech to support students with special needs during a 10:00am–2:00pm shift. This position is 0.6 FTE within the Pupil Services department, reporting to the Director of Pupil Services.

Responsibilities include delivering ABA-based instruction, data collection, implementing behavior support plans, and assisting with classroom activities. An Associate degree and CORI clearance are required; a $500 sign-on bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 48 undergraduate college credits
• Prefer experience with students with autism spectrum disorders and/or applied behavior analysis
• Successful Criminal Records Check (CORI) and fingerprints

Responsibilities

• Assist classroom teacher by reinforcing lessons with individuals and small groups
• Prepare and inventory instructional materials and operate learning aids
• Assist with breakfast/lunch supervision and daily routines
• Provide clerical support such as attendance and filing
• Support and collaborate with teacher to implement Behavior Support Plans
• Deliver ABA techniques including discrete trials and natural environment teaching
• Maintain CPI certification and assist with safety as needed
