Hudson Public Schools is seeking an ABA Therapist/Behavior Tech for a 10:00am–2:00pm shift in Hudson, MA. Hudson Public Schools is hiring for multiple ABA Therapists throughout the district (all levells) This position is accountable for providing assistance based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). The ABA Therapist supports the classroom teacher or other certified personnel in delivering high-quality instruction, fostering student growth, and promoting a safe and structured learning environment. Responsibilities include assisting with educational and recreation activities, behavioral support, data collection, classroom organization and maintenance, and school-community relations. Professionalism, sound judgment, and adherence to Hudson Public Schools' policies are essential.

An Associate degree, or 48 undergraduate college credits
