Job summary

Hudson Public Schools in Hudson, MA, seeks an ABA Therapist/Behavior Tech PreK at Farley Elementary School to support teachers with ABA-based instruction across the PreK classroom. The role focuses on delivering quality education, managing materials and routines, and fostering a positive, inclusive environment for students with diverse needs.

Qualifications

• An Associate degree, or 48 undergraduate college credits.
• Preferably experience with working with students with autism spectrum disorders and/or applied behavior analysis.
• Criminal Records Check (CORI), and fingerprints

Responsibilities

• Assist classroom teacher by reviewing, correcting and reinforcing lessons with individuals and small groups.
• Assist in preparing and inventorying instructional materials and maintaining learning aids.
• Assist in supervision during breakfast and lunch periods and wash-up routines.
• Provide clerical support such as attendance recording and filing.
• Implement ABA techniques including discrete trials, adaptive skills, task analysis, and natural environment teaching.
• Follow and monitor a Behavior Support Plan, collect daily behavior data for progress reports.
