Job summary

Hudson Public Schools District Wide in Hudson, MA seeks a Daily Substitute ABA Therapist/Behavior Tech to support students in Special Education programs. Working with supervising staff, you will implement ABA-based supports, assist with routines, and help students develop academic, communication, social and daily living skills in a structured setting. The role is per diem/part-time with 8:20am-3:00pm hours.

Prior experience with disabilities and M.A. employment policies are valued.

Qualifications

• Experience working with students with disabilities, including those with IEPs or 504 Plans, preferred.
• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Associates/Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• RBT Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow established student support, instructional, and behavioral guidelines.
• Provide support to students as directed by classroom and program staff.
• Assist with established classroom routines, transitions, and activities.
• Support a safe, positive, and structured learning environment.
• Communicate relevant student needs or observations to supervising staff.
• Follow all school policies, procedures, and safety requirements.
