Job summary

Hudson Public Schools is seeking an ABA Therapist/Behavior Tech for a 10:00am–2:00pm shift in Hudson, MA. The role supports classroom instruction, conducts data collection, and implements ABA strategies under the supervision of certified staff. A strong commitment to student growth and safety is essential.

The position requires an Associate degree or 48 credits, and experience with autism or ABA is preferred. CORI and fingerprints must be completed.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 48 undergraduate college credits required.
• Experience with students with autism spectrum disorders and/or applied behavior analysis preferred.
• Criminal Records Check (CORI) and fingerprints completed.

Responsibilities

• Assist classroom teacher by reviewing, correcting and reinforcing lessons with individuals and small groups.
• Assist in preparation and inventory of instructional materials and maintenance of learning aids.
• Assist with lunch/breakfast supervision and classroom routines.
• Assist in clerical tasks such as attendance and filing.
• Follow Behavior Support Plans and collect daily behavior data for progress reports.
