Lundbeck is seeking a Psychiatry Account Manager for the Findlay / Toledo East, OH territory. You will promote our psychiatry portfolio and execute sales strategies with clinical knowledge to drive performance.

Your role involves business planning, account leadership, and building strong customer relationships while navigating reimbursement and regulatory guidelines. Travel up to 30–40% domestically is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Sciences degree from an accredited college or university.
• 2+ years pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, biologics, medical device sales or related healthcare sales experience.
• Must be computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
• Must live within 40 miles of territory boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Business Planning & Account Leadership: use data-based insights to create opportunities and allocate resources to maximize sales performance.
• Selling: deliver messages clearly, probe needs, close with a commitment to action.
• Customer Development: build productive relationships based on customer needs and goals.
• Local Market & Therapeutic Area Expertise: validate market trends and apply therapeutic knowledge to uncover opportunities.
• Reimbursement: address payer access issues using Lundbeck resources.
• Pharmaceutical Environment/Compliance: adhere to policies and FDA regulations when promoting products.
