Job summary

Lundbeck, a global biopharmaceutical company focused on brain health, seeks a Psychiatry Account Manager for the Findlay / Toledo East, OH territory. You will drive promotion of our psychiatry portfolio, execute sales and marketing strategies with clinical knowledge, and manage relationships to maximize sales.

The role requires a BA/BS, 2+ years in healthcare sales, and strong communication. Travel up to 30–40% is expected; valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• 2+ years pharmaceutical or related healthcare sales experience.
• Must demonstrate the ability to score highly on disease and product training exams, including annual certification.
• Self-starter with strong work ethic and outstanding communication skills.
• Must be computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead promotion of psychiatry portfolio and drive sales.
• Use data-based insights to create opportunities, develop strategy and tactics.
• Build and maintain internal and external relationships for total office account management.
• Gather market trends and apply therapeutic knowledge to uncover opportunities.
• Address payer access and reimbursement issues using Lundbeck resources.
• Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations.
