Job summary

Lundbeck in Thousand Oaks, CA seeks a Psychiatry Account Manager to lead the promotion of our psychiatry portfolio and drive sales with strong clinical knowledge. You will execute strategies, manage key accounts, and ensure compliant, data-driven territory execution.

Ideal candidates have a BA/BS and 2+ years in pharmaceutical sales, excellent communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Travel and a valid license are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree from an accredited college or university.
• 2+ years pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, biologics, medical device sales or related healthcare sales experience.
• Demonstrated ability to study disease/product training material and maintain product knowledge annually.
• Self-starter with strong work ethic and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the promotion of the psychiatry portfolio and drive sales performance.
• Execute business plans, allocate resources, and monitor progress for territory growth.
• Build and maintain productive internal and external relationships with customers.
• Apply therapeutic knowledge to uncover opportunities and address payer access issues.
• Comply with pharmaceutical regulations and Lundbeck policies.
