Qualifications

• Current and in good standing RN license to practice in Virginia or eligible; multi-state compact accepted.
• Graduation from an accredited registered nurse program.
• Experience in psychiatric nursing.
• Prior supervisory experience.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nurses and psychiatric care technicians on 3rd shift.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team to provide trauma-informed psychiatric care.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care from admission to discharge.
• Ensure safety and quality of care for adult patients (18–64).
• Mentor staff and communicate effectively with colleagues and leadership.
