Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate leadership across shifts to ensure efficient patient care.
• Ensure quality patient care meeting accrediting standards.
• Incorporate recovery concepts into daily nursing practice.
• Collaborate with medical, human resources, and administrative staff.
• Oversee hospital operations during the shift (11:00 pm–7:30 am).
