Job summary

Impact Health PC is hiring a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to deliver psychiatric care for residents in Skilled Nursing Facilities around Long Branch, NJ. You will assess, diagnose, and manage psychiatric conditions, collaborating with physicians, facility staff and care teams to ensure high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Active PMHNP license in NJ (or eligible).
• Minimum 2 years of clinical mental health experience for adults.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing, Long-Term Care, Geriatrics or related settings preferred.
• Strong assessment, diagnostic, and medication management skills.
• Proficient in electronic health records and clinical documentation.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and ongoing med management.
