Impact Health PC is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to provide psychiatric care to residents in Skilled Nursing Facilities in the Hackensack, NJ area.

You will assess, diagnose, and manage psychiatric and behavioral health conditions, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with physicians, facility staff, and interdisciplinary care teams to ensure high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Active PMHNP license/certification in NJ.
• Minimum 2 years of mental health care experience for adults.
• Experience in skilled nursing, geriatrics, hospital, residential care, or outpatient psychiatry preferred.
• Strong psychiatric assessment, diagnostic, and medication management skills.
• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHRs).
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaborative skills.
• Ability to practice independently within state regulations with an interdisciplinary care team.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management.

Earning Potential: $115,000 - $175,000 per year (Based on Experience)
