Job summary

Jersey College is seeking an experienced Nursing Instructor to deliver high-quality instruction and clinical education to LPN/PN and RN students. Instructors may teach across classroom, laboratory, simulation, and clinical settings.

The ideal candidate is an RN with MSN or higher, strong communication skills, and a commitment to student achievement. This adjunct role supports November 2026 start with a schedule primarily Mondays and/or Tuesdays 7:00AM–3:00PM.

Qualifications

• MSN or higher nursing degree required.
• Current, unrestricted RN license in the applicable state.
• Minimum of 3 years of recent professional RN experience.
• Clinical experience relevant to the nursing courses being taught.

Responsibilities

• Provide classroom, laboratory, simulation, and clinical instruction to LPN/PN and RN students.
• Supervise students in the clinical environment and promote safe, professional nursing practice.
• Evaluate student performance and maintain accurate progress and grade reports.
• Attend faculty meetings and maintain ongoing professional qualifications.
