Qualifications

• MSN or higher nursing degree required.
• Current, unrestricted RN license in the applicable state.
• Minimum of 3 years of recent professional RN experience.
• Clinical experience relevant to the nursing courses being taught.
• Preferred: nursing education or teaching experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide psych nursing instruction to LPN/PN and RN students across classroom and clinical settings.
• Supervise clinical experiences at long-term care and acute sites.
• Evaluate student performance and provide timely feedback.
• Maintain attendance and accurate progress records.
• Collaborate with faculty and clinical partners to ensure student success.
