Tampa Electric Company is seeking a Supervisor Physical Security Operations Center to lead the PSOC team, ensure 24/7 monitoring, and maintain incident response across critical energy sites in the Tampa area.

You will direct operators, coordinate with security and IT teams, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and drive training, performance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong situational awareness and ability to act decisively under pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for incident reporting.
• Experience with CCTV, access control, and security communications.

Responsibilities

• Lead PSOC operations and supervise a team across shifts.
• Oversee monitoring, incident response, and dispatch coordination.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain documentation.
• Coordinate training, performance reviews, and development.
