Qualifications

• 2 years of supervisory leadership experience.
• 5 years in law enforcement, security or related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a security team across multiple shifts and assign duties.
• Monitor security systems and review incident reports and logs.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and deliver training on system use and protocols.
• Coordinate emergency responses with internal and external teams.
• Lead system audits and recommend improvements.
