The role emphasizes field communications and incident response across multiple sites.

Required 4 years of related experience, high school diploma, and specific certifications; familiar with CCTV, access control, and radios.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 4 years of experience in law enforcement, security, military, or related field required.
• Licenses/certifications: basic telecommunicator course, CPR/First Aid/AED, TWIC clearance within 3 months.
• Knowledge of NERC CIP standards and security technologies is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Oversee electronic security systems (CCTV, access control, intrusion detection) across multiple sites.
• Respond to alarms and incidents; dispatch security teams and manage emergency notifications.
• Coordinate field communications during incidents using radio, satellite, and digital platforms.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and risk analysis for critical infrastructure and participate in drills.
