Job summary

Creekstone-Farms-Premium-Beef is seeking a Process Safety Management (PSM) Supervisor to lead the site’s compliance with OSHA PSM and EPA RMP rules, including PHAs, SOPs, training, and mechanical integrity. The role requires 5+ years in a PSM-regulated facility, a Certified PHA facilitator, and strong ability to interpret regulations, supervise incident investigations, and coordinate audits.

You will liaise with the Fire Department and manage contractor information and safety program

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in a PSM regulated facility or Bachelor’s Degree.
• Certified Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) facilitator.
• Ability to interpret complex regulations.
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
• Demonstrated proficiency with safe and efficient operation of ammonia systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and ensure PSM/RMP program elements are in place and effective.
• Meet regulatory goals, objectives, and due dates with appropriate resources.
• Communicate regulatory, safety, risk requirements to PSM team and executives.
• Prepare RPM and update it when required or triggered.
• Ensure all 14 PSM/RMP elements comply with regulations.
• Conduct PSM meetings and coordinate with stakeholders on PSM programs.
