Job summary

Creekstone Farms Premium Beef seeks a PSM/RMP Program Manager to develop, implement and manage tools and systems ensuring OSHA PSM and EPA RMP compliance. You will oversee PHAs, training, mechanical integrity, MOC, and ammonia projects.

The role requires coordinating with safety teams, managing corrective actions, and maintaining comprehensive Process Safety information. Strong regulatory interpretation and documentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in a PSM regulated facility or related degree.
• Certified Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) facilitator.
• Ability to interpret complex regulations.
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the PSM/RMP program elements are in place, in use and effective.
• Ensure facility regulatory goals, objectives, and due dates are met with resources.
• Communicate regulatory, safety, and risk requirements to PSM Team and executives.
• Prepare and submit the RPM and update it when required.
• Ensure all 14 elements of the PSM/RMP program comply with regulations.
• Lead PSM-related meetings and track corrective actions with documentation.
• Maintain Process Safety Information for ammonia refrigeration equipment.
• Ensure SOPs are current and updated by refrigeration management.
• Coordinate training including GCAP and RETA as needed.
• Evaluate contractors and supervise refrigeration project management.
• Oversee Prestart-up safety reviews and MOCs.
• Annually audit the Emergency Action Plan and lead tabletop exercises.
• Liaise with Fire Department and Hazmat team for community preparedness.

Education

5+ years experience in a PSM regulated facility

Bachelor's Degree

PHA facilitator certification

Ability to interpret complex regulations

Excellent organizational and documentation skills

Problem solving and critical thinking skills
