Jobot is seeking a Behavioral Health Administrator – PRTF to lead the development, launch, and ongoing operation of a new psychiatric residential treatment program in Maryland.

The role requires a hands-on leader who integrates clinical, operational, regulatory, and financial components to open the program and operate it at a high level. You will build the team, set operating rhythms, and drive safe, sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Experience leading psychiatric residential treatment facilities (PRTF/RTC) or similar high-acuity settings.
• Proven ability to operate at facility level with operational and clinical accountability.
• Strong track record in regulatory readiness and compliance.
• Experience building teams, operating rhythms, and culture in a startup or new program environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the psychiatric residential treatment program.
• Drive launch readiness and successful admissions.
• Recruit, develop, and lead a multidisciplinary residential team.
• Establish staffing, scheduling, and operational processes.
• Maintain regulatory, licensing, and compliance standards.
• Partner with clinical, nursing, and operational leaders.
• Oversee census development, admissions, discharges, and capacity.
• Manage budget and overall program performance.
• Ensure incident management, treatment coordination, and quality processes.
