Job summary

You will supervise staff, manage schedules, and partner with Clinical, Nursing, Medical, and HR leadership to maintain quality and regulatory compliance.

The role requires 3+ years in behavioral health and 2+ years in supervision, with strong communication and crisis-management skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in behavioral health or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in supervisory/management role.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision, leadership, coaching, and performance management for Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs).
• Oversee BHT scheduling, shift coverage, and staffing needs.
• Monitor overtime and staffing utilization in collaboration with leadership.
• Participate in interviewing, onboarding, and development of BHT staff.
• Maintain accountability and professional standards across the department.
• Collaborate with Clinical, Nursing, Medical, HR, and Operations leadership.
