Job summary

PATH, Inc. in Philadelphia, PA is seeking an Associate Program Director - RTF to oversee a Residential Treatment site and lead a team delivering quality behavioral health services.

You will supervise staff, ensure hiring, implement policies, coordinate care, and promote community integration while maintaining health and safety standards. This role offers opportunities for professional growth, stability, and meaningful work within PATH's mission.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavioral Health Discipline.
• 3 years experience with Behavioral Health population.
• LSW/LCSW preferred; driver license and vehicle required.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall supervision of program at assigned Residential Treatment site.
• Provide individual and group supervision of assigned staff, including Residential Treatment Associates.
• Fill staff vacancies by interviewing and recommending candidates to HR; complete site orientations.
• Ensure policies and procedures are followed before, during, and after any physical intervention.
• Observe staff interactions and provide feedback to ensure alignment with treatment plans.
• Hold community meetings and similar gatherings regularly.
• Coordinate access to psychiatric, medical, social, financial, and other services for individuals.
• Communicate all relevant information to the psychiatrist and team members.
• Collaborate on skill training for individuals and families on site and in homes.
• Monitor site health and safety with Facilities Department.
• Ensure housekeeping, dietary, and basic life needs of residents are met.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the site at all times.
• Provide opportunities for residents to engage in community integration.
