Job summary

Rite of Passage Brand seeks an Executive Director to launch and lead a new Residential Treatment Center (PRTF) in Maryland. The role requires hands-on operation, regulatory accountability, and clinical oversight, with ownership from licensure through first admissions.

You will build the staffing model, ensure compliance, manage budget and census, and serve as the on-the-ground decision-maker alongside the Clinical Director. This is a rare opportunity for an operator-driven leader.

Qualifications

• Direct leadership as ED/Administrator/CEO of a licensed RTC/PRTF.
• Fluency in state licensing and CMS/behavioral health regulatory requirements.
• Experience standing up a new program from licensure through first admissions.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Maryland.
• Comfort operating business and clinical sides of the facility.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of a new RTC, including staffing, scheduling, regulatory compliance, and admissions/discharge planning.
• Provide clinical oversight alongside Clinical Director.
• Make on-the-ground decisions as the on-site leader.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and census management.
