Job summary

BD is seeking a Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery (PRS) Area Specialist to own the PRS customer experience in the US region, partnering with the Area Business Manager and internal stakeholders. You will manage accounts remotely and onsite, respond to inquiries, and advocate for customers while supporting pricing contracts and order fulfillment.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree, strong communication skills, and travel up to 40% domestically in the US.

Responsibilities

• Manage PRS customer accounts in the US region.
• Interface with accounts via telcon, email, and in-person as needed.
• Coordinate with AR, Contracts, and Billing for orders and pricing.
• Support product inquiries and provide sizing and storage guidance.
• Develop pricing contracts and renewals with internal partners.
• Track performance using analytics tools.
