Job summary

BD is seeking a PRS Area Specialist based in the United States to partner with the Area Business Manager and internal stakeholders to support PRS customers. You will own the PRS customer experience and manage accounts remotely and onsite, while acting as a brand ambassador for growth in the PRS market.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, strong communication, collaboration across functions, and the ability to travel up to 40% within the US.

Responsibilities

• Manages PRS customer accounts in US region as assigned.
• Interfaces with accounts via telcon, email, text/phone, and in-person as needed.
• Responds to inquiries and coordinates with internal partners for orders, billing, and contracts.
• Provides orientation to customers on product ordering and payment processes.
• Establishes new accounts and pricing contracts in coordination with internal teams.
• Drives last-minute order fulfillment and product returns/refunds when needed.
• Responds to product inquiries and collaborates with Medical Affairs as appropriate.
• Supports accounts on product sizing and storage requirements.
