Job summary

The Artful Life Counseling Center & Studio in Salem and Beverly, MA welcomes provisionally licensed clinicians to join our outpatient team. We offer a supportive community, supervision, and a fair full-time fee-for-service model based on a 22–26 client weekly caseload.

We value experience with children and adolescents and provide in-person services at our Salem/Beverly offices, emphasizing ethical practice and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, or related mental health discipline.
• Eligibility to provide clinical services in Massachusetts under supervision/licensure pathway.
• Experience in mental health or human services.
• Experience with children and adolescents; desire to continue with these populations.

Responsibilities

• Provide relationship-centered, trauma-informed outpatient therapy to diverse clients.
• Maintain a full-time caseload of 22–26 clients per week.
• Participate in individual and group supervision and ongoing training.
• Maintain timely documentation and accountable caseload management.
• Collaborate with colleagues to foster a supportive clinical environment.
