Job summary

The Artful Life Counseling Center & Studio is seeking experienced, independently licensed clinicians to join a growing group practice in Salem and Beverly, MA. This full-time role focuses on outpatient psychotherapy with a diverse caseload.

Join a supportive, collaborative team that handles business operations, referrals, and administration, letting you focus on clinical care and professional growth. In-person work with some telehealth flexibility is available.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted independent clinical licensure in Massachusetts (LICSW/LMHC/LMFT or licensed psychologist).
• Experience providing outpatient psychotherapy with ongoing caseloads.
• Strong clinical judgment, ethics, and professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, trauma-informed outpatient psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and adults.
• Build and maintain strong therapeutic relationships to support engagement and progress.
• Maintain a consistent outpatient caseload and meet productivity expectations.
• Complete timely, accurate clinical documentation and treatment planning.
• Participate in clinical consultation, team meetings, and ongoing professional development.
• Communicate proactively with colleagues and admin staff to support coordinated care.
• Work primarily in person at Salem and Beverly locations, with some telehealth flexibility.
