Job summary

The Artful Life Counseling Center & Studio in Salem and Beverly, MA, seeks provisionally licensed clinicians to provide in-person therapy to children, adolescents, and adults in a collaborative outpatient setting. The role offers a full-time, W-2 position with a salary range based on experience ($60,000 to $74,000) and a 22–26 client weekly caseload.

We support clinicians through supervision, ongoing training, and a commitment to professional growth, equity, and inclusive practice.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, or related clinical mental health discipline.
• Eligibility to provide clinical services in Massachusetts under supervision/licensure pathway.
• Experience in mental health or human services.
• Experience providing services to children and adolescents.
• Ability to provide primarily in-person services in Salem/Beverly.

Responsibilities

• Deliver relationship-centered, trauma-informed outpatient therapy to children, adolescents, and adults.
• Maintain a full-time caseload of 22–26 clients per week.
• Participate in individual and group supervision and ongoing professional training.
• Maintain timely documentation and manage caseload responsibilities.
• Collaborate with colleagues to foster a respectful, engaged clinical environment.
