Job summary

The Arbour Counseling Services in Haverhill, MA is seeking Licensed Clinicians for Per Diem, Part Time, and Full Time roles in our Outpatient program. Our clinicians provide individual, group, family, and other therapy services, working within a supportive interdisciplinary team.

We offer a flexible schedule, competitive pay ($33.00-$40.00/hour), annual tuition reimbursement, license prep coverage, weekly supervision, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling from an accredited program.
• Internship completed during Master’s Program to obtain 45 credits.
• LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT (Massachusetts) licensure required or in process.
• CANS Certification preferred (able to obtain after hire).
• Nonjudgmental approach to foster self-sufficiency using problem-solving and practical skills.
• Familiarity with support groups.
• Ability to establish trusting relationships through compassion, empathy and insight.
• Sensitivity to needs of clients from diverse cultural or linguistic backgrounds.
• Excellent time management to maintain appointments and timely records.
• Citizenship/work documentation as required.
• CORI and drug test, plus other pre-employment requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family and group therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with other medical service providers, state agencies, other mental health services and community resources.
• Manage own schedule and maintain timely records.
