The Artful Life Counseling Center & Studio in Salem/Beverly, MA seeks a Senior Clinician & Clinical Supervisor to maintain a strong clinical caseload while supervising provisional clinicians and guiding practice development in alignment with our mission and values.

This full-time, exempt role averages 35–40 hours weekly, with 25–30 hours devoted to direct client work and the remainder to supervision duties, program leadership, and documentation.

Competenze

• Three years post licensure counseling experience (LMHC) or 1 year post licensure experience (LICSW)
• Must complete internal ALC Supervisory Training/Orientation prior to supervising clinicians
• Successful track record as a clinician at The Artful Life in all areas of Clinician job description
• Alignment with ALC’s mission, vision, and values

Mansioni

• Maintain own clinical caseload as Senior Clinician.
• Provide ethical and thoughtful supervision to provisional clinicians.
• Lead supervision meetings and contribute to practice development
• Develop measurable goals with supervisees and review at 90 days, 6 months and 1 year
