Job summary

The Artful Life Counseling Center & Studio is seeking a dependable Client Care Assistant for our Salem and Beverly, MA offices. This full-time, in-person role supports our Client Care department by connecting clients with clinicians, coordinating intake, maintaining records, and ensuring responsive communication between clients and therapists.

You will work closely with the Client Care Manager to help clinicians build and maintain caseloads and deliver consistent, compassionate service to

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of administrative, office support, or customer service experience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort using computers, email, scheduling systems, and everyday office software.
• Preferred healthcare, behavioral health, or client-centered service experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a welcoming, professional point of contact for prospective and current clients.
• Coordinate intake information, maintain accurate client records, and track referrals.
• Support scheduling and therapy group registration; assist with referrals and caseloads.
• Maintain clear communication with clients, clinicians, and staff for smooth coordination.
• Support the Client Care Manager and ensure timely, thoughtful client attention.
