Job summary

The Artful Life Counseling Center & Studio in Salem and Beverly, MA, is seeking experienced clinicians for a full-time role focused on outpatient psychotherapy with diverse client groups. This position emphasizes collaboration within a supportive team and access to administrative and clinical resources.

You will join a well-established practice offering steady referrals, scheduling support, and a stable caseload, with salary in the mid-to-upper range for Massachusetts private practice.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted MA licensure (LICSW/LMHC/LMFT/psychologist).
• Experience in outpatient psychotherapy and managing a caseload.
• Strong clinical judgment, ethics, and professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality outpatient psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and adults.
• Build and maintain strong therapeutic relationships to support engagement and progression.
• Maintain a consistent outpatient caseload and meet productivity expectations (roughly 22–26 sessions/week).
• Complete timely documentation and treatment planning.
• Participate in clinical consultation, team meetings, and ongoing professional development.
• Work primarily in person at Salem and Beverly locations with some telehealth flexibility.
