Job summary

Northeast Health Services in Salem, MA seeks a Child & Adolescent Therapist to join a supportive clinical team that values growth and licensure. You’ll deliver outpatient individual and family therapy, develop crisis and wellness plans, and work with psychiatrists and other professionals to empower youth and families in the local community.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work or related field.
• Experience with children and families.
• Provisional license per state regulation, if required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families.
• Provide outpatient individual and family therapy based on client needs.
• Develop crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans.
• Participate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning.
• Ensure timely billing, documentation, and insurance authorization forms.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, and administrators.
