Job summary

AbleLight is seeking a BCBA to administer, conduct, evaluate, and supervise comprehensive behavioral assessments in Missouri. You will develop individualized goals for home, community, and center-based programs and design behavior support plans from functional data.

You will model high engagement within a behavioral team and be available for on-site crisis support. Qualified candidates will have a BCBA, strong knowledge of behavior analysis, and ability to train leadership and project teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in human services or related field.
Enrolled in or completed a MA/MS program in Human Services or related field.
Supervised hours and approval from an existing BCBA.
Ability to submit samples of clinical work to the state for approval.

Responsibilities

Administers, conducts, evaluates, and supervises the implementation of behavioral assessment measures.
Develops individualized goals and objectives for home, community, and center-based programs.
Designs behavior support plans based on functional assessment data.
Acts as role model for a highly engaging and functioning behavioral team.
Maintains availability to respond to the needs of the persons we serve and provides on-site assistance in crisis situations.
