Job summary

AbleLight in Missouri seeks a licensed BCBA to administer, conduct, and supervise comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized goals for home, community, and center-based programs.

You will design behavior support plans based on assessment data, lead a highly engaged team, and provide training and consultation to guardians and staff. This role requires strong data systems, documentation, and crisis response with travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human services or related field.
• Enrolled in or completed a MA/MS program in Human Services or related field
• Supervised hours and approval from an existing BCBA.

Responsibilities

• Administers, conducts, evaluates, and supervises the implementation of comprehensive behavioral assessment measures.
• Develops individualized goals and objectives for home, community, and center-based programs.
• Designs behavior support plans based on functional assessment data.
• Maintain availability to respond to the needs of the persons we serve, providing consultation and on-site assistance to behavior crisis situations.
• Completes documentation in a timely manner according to policy.
• Travel up to 25% for client services as needed.
