Job summary

AbleLight is seeking a skilled behavioral supervisor to administer and evaluate assessment measures and design individualized goals for home, community, and center-based programs. This role focuses on data-driven behavior plans and effective collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

The position involves timely documentation, crisis support, and ongoing training for staff, with regular meetings with the BCBA and Behavioral Services leadership to ensure quality outcomes for people we serve.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field.
• Enrolled in or completed MA/MS in Human Services or related field.
• Supervised hours and BCBA approval.
• Ability to submit clinical work samples for state approval.

Responsibilities

• Ensure behavioral data systems collect quantifiable data for ongoing evaluation of behavior plans and goals.
• Complete documentation in a timely manner per AbleLight policies.
• Fulfill clinically recommended service hours and write comprehensive reports for guardians and agency personnel.
• Maintain availability to respond to client needs and provide on-site crisis support.
• Respond to referrals promptly and meet with BCBA and Director of Behavioral Services regularly.
