Designs behavior support plans based on data and serves as a role model for a high-performing behavioral team.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification in good standing and licensure as required by state.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with functional behavior assessments and behavior support plans.
• Ability to supervise teams and collaborate with multi-disciplinary staff.

Responsibilities

• Administers comprehensive behavioral assessments and develops goals for home, community, and center-based programs.
• Designs behavior support plans and ensures their effective implementation.
• Mentors and trains staff; conducts monthly integrity checks and provides feedback.
• Maintains timely documentation and produces comprehensive reports for guardians and agency staff.
• Responds to crises and supports ongoing professional development of the team.
