Job summary

Shining Steps ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Missouri to lead individualized ABA treatment plans across in-home, clinic, and school settings. You will assess, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families and school teams to ensure comprehensive, evidence-based care.

The role emphasizes ethical, clinical practice with strong documentation. A Master’s degree in a related field and BCBA certification are required, with supervision experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• At least 1 year of ABA experience with direct supervision of RBTs (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Conduct assessments including VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, and functional behavior assessments.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs, providing hands-on training and support.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and school teams to ensure holistic care.
• Ensure programming and documentation meet ethical, clinical, and compliance standards.
• Monitor client progress and lead clinical team meetings.
