Job summary

Ability Builders ABA Co in Missouri is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a collaborative, growth-focused team focused on helping children reach their full potential.

You will conduct comprehensive assessments, design individualized ABA treatment plans, supervise RBTs and staff, and coordinate with families and interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality, data-driven care, with flexible scheduling and strong clinical leadership support.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Experience developing ABA treatment plans and supervising staff
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• Commitment to client success and continuous professional improvement

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments (e.g., FBA, VB-MAPP, ABLLS)
• Design and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
• Provide supervision, training, and support to RBTs and behavior technicians
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective care
• Monitor client progress and update goals based on data
• Maintain compliance with ethical, clinical, and regulatory standards
