Job summary

Center for Human Services - Missouri is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to design, implement, and supervise ABA therapy programs. The role includes supervising RBTs, overseeing data collection, and collaborating with families and care teams to drive outcomes.

The BCBA will lead assessments, set goals, and apply evidence-based ABA strategies while ensuring compliance with BACB standards. Hybrid/remote work is available with Missouri residency required.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required, or within three months of becoming certified.
• Licensed or able to seek licensure through State of Missouri.
• Credentialed or eligible to be credentialed through private insurance companies.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams in support of client’s treatment plan.
• Administer assessments and create goals based on assessments.
• Assess performance and implement treatment based on established goals.
• Provide training and education to staff, caregivers, and other stakeholders.
• Provide feedback to Registered Behavior Technicians and supervise data collection.
