Job summary

Ability Builders ABA Co. is urgently hiring a BCBA to conduct functional behavior assessments, develop individualized behavior support plans, and supervise ABA therapy services for individuals with developmental and behavioral needs.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in ABA or related field with completed coursework and supervised experience hours.
BCBA certification through BACB.
Strong experience in Applied Behavior Analysis with focus on developing and implementing behavior plans.
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
Background check must be passed; FL Medicaid provider number preferred (not required).

Responsibilities

Conduct FBAs and develop data-driven, individualized behavior plans.
Oversee behavior plan implementation with families and caregivers, ensuring clear instructions.
Provide supervision and training to BCaBAs, ABA therapists and caregivers, ensuring accurate execution of behavior plans in various settings (home, clinic, school, community).
Collect and analyze data; adjust intervention plans as necessary.
Collaborate with families for feedback, training, and support for long-term success.
Manage caseloads and maintain documentation; coordinate with other professionals.
