Job summary

Behavioral Perspective is seeking a dedicated BCBA to supervise and support a team of Behavior Technicians across in-home, clinic, school, and community settings. The role emphasizes data-driven program development, ongoing assessments, and collaboration with families and professionals to ensure quality client outcomes.

Candidates should hold a Master's in ABA and an active BCBA license, with at least one year of BCBA experience.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or closely related field.
• Active BCBA certification and license.
• One+ years of experience as a BCBA.
• Experience in ABA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Guide and support Behavior Technicians through clinical supervision and feedback across clinic, home, school, and community.
• Foster positive relationships with families and coordinate care with schools and professionals.
• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments and develop data-informed programs.
• Create and refine individualized behavior intervention plans and perform FBAs.
• Provide direct 1:1 therapy when needed and ensure BACB-aligned supervision and meticulous record-keeping.
• Generate progress reports and plan future goals; document competency observations monthly.
