Job summary

AbleLight in Missouri seeks a BCBA to administer and supervise functional assessments, develop goals, and design behavior support plans across home, community, and center-based programs.

Responsibilities include implementing data collection systems, documenting recommendations, providing on-site consultation, and collaborating with BCBA and Director. Requires degree in human services and Missouri provisional BCBA licensure; 1–2 years' experience with lifelong disabilities; travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field is required.
• MA/MS in Human Services or related field preferred or in progress.
• Must have supervised hours and approval from a BCBA.
• Ability to submit clinical work samples for state approval.

Responsibilities

• Administers, conducts, evaluates, and supervises comprehensive behavioral assessments.
• Develops individualized goals and objectives for home, community, and center-based programs.
• Designs behavior support plans based on functional assessment data.
• Maintains data systems and documents behavior plans and progress.
• Provides on-site consultation and responds to referrals in a timely manner.
• Participates in regular meetings with BCBA and Director of Behavioral Services.
