Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer telephone and deliver messages to physicians, nurses and others.
• Disseminate messages according to practice communication standards.
• Communicate effectively with patients, referring providers, colleagues, and Duke Providers.
• Coordinate scheduling tasks, travel arrangements, appointments, and related activities.
• Utilize multiple systems (e.g., Maestro Care/Epic) to support scheduling across Duke Health locations.
