Job summary

Old Colony Elder Services, Inc. in Massachusetts seeks a Provider Services Program Assistant to provide administrative support to the Provider Services department and assist with related tasks as assigned by program management.

The role requires excellent written and verbal communication, strong computer skills, and strict respect for privacy and confidentiality when handling data and interactions with providers and consumers.

Qualifications

• Ability to deal effectively with statistical and financial data
• Knowledge of general office procedures and equipment
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Provider Direct and correct errors in timely, accurate manner
• Review/ analyze/correct data in electronic computer record and/or spreadsheets
• Assist with consumer/provider calls as needed
• Assisting Quality and Contracts Manager with other projects
• Other duties as assigned
